Da Blockrockaz

Da BlockRockaz is a DJ and mixtape crew credited as the mixing collective behind the landmark compilation Radio Movement, released January 1, 2003 on Dynameeq Recordings. The project captured the essence of underground West Coast hip-hop in its prime.

Radio Movement is a 10-track, 41-minute journey featuring Da BlockRockaz's own cuts like “Radio Air Check” and “Get It”, alongside standout performances from Akil on “Affiliation”, plus tracks from Tek Nasty, World-N-San, and Small World. Written by C.Small, D. Givens, S. Brown, R. Bragg, B. Diaz, and T. Williams.

The crew's signature is seamless mixing, authentic underground sound selection, and a deep respect for hip-hop's foundational culture. Every cut was chosen to tell a cohesive story of community, craft, and West Coast identity. Published through Concept Driven Publishing.
